Pinhoti Animal Rescue may rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome the animal(s) listed according to the law. I certify that the animal(s) are not dangerous. I understand this is a legally binding document for the irrevocable surrender of my pet(s). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAR from and against any rights, 3rd party claims/obligations/liabilities, and causes of action from my ownership of surrendered pet(s).
