with Pinhoti Animal Rescue (PAR)

​​Our mission is to provide compassionate care and safe haven to animals in need.  We are a foster based rescue dedicated to

               rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, neglected, and abused animals, while advocating for their

                protection and well-being.  Through education, 

          community outreach, and partnerships, we strive to

            promote responsible pet ownership and inspire a society

     where all animals are treated with kindness, respect,

and dignity.​

Volunteer Expectations:

​

- Follow all rescue policies and procedures

- Represent the rescue in a professional and positive manner

- Assist in transportation with rescue intakes

- Treat animals with patience, compassion, and respect

- Administer veterinary & medical support

- Maintain confidentiality regarding adopters, fosters, and

   rescue matters.

- Be dependable and arrive when scheduled

- Work cooperatively with other volunteers

- Help with outreach and fundraising programs

- Communicate concerns promptly with rescue leadership

- Ask for help when a situation is beyond your training or

   experience 

- Most of all have FUN and LOVE on the animals!
