Thank you for considering fostering a pet from Pinhoti Animal Rescue. Please read below before submitting your application. We sincerely hope that we may be of service to you. Please fill out this application completely. The application is designed to assist the potential foster care provider in finding an animal suitable to his/her lifestyle.

Please remember these animals were stray or abandoned. We guess on their breed. We do not know their heritage. Please do not expect your new foster dog to be perfect. The only perfect animal is a statue or stuffed toy. A rescued animal is forever grateful for being a loved member of your family. Although all of our animals are thoroughly evaluated, we can not guarantee their health or temperament.

Please Note: We do not foster our dogs in homes where there are unfixed animals.
